Routine Care
Routine care can improve the quality and quantity of your pets life. Physical examination, vaccinations, parasite screening and preventatives are just a few of routine services we offer.
Surgery
We offer a wide variety of surgical procedures for small and large animals. From routine spay, neuter, and mass removal procedures. To hernia repairs, cesarean-sections, limited orthopedic procedures and many more.
Emergency procedures are also available.
Diagnostic Testing
Our laboratory has the ability to test for a number of disease processes.
Top of the line, in-house blood and urine analysis machines give us reliable and useful information for the health of your pet. Pre-anesthetic and geriatric panels allow us to take a look at what is going on inside our furry friends.
SNAP tests give reference-laboratory quality in the palm of your hand. These tests are available to screen for heartworms, tick born diseases, lepto, pancreatitis, FIV, feline leukemia, giardia and parvo.
Digital Radiographic and Ultrasound examinations can also be preformed at our facility. If needed these studies can be sent off to a specialist for further insight.
Dental Care
Periodontal disease can lead to pain, tooth loss, as well as heart and kidney disease. We recommend annual comprehensives oral health assessments and treatment. This includes a professional dental scaling and polishing. Oral surgery and extractions may also be performed when necessary.
Cattle
Our cattle facility allows us to work and treat cattle on site in a timely manner. For routine cattle work we offer vaccines, insecticide tags, castration, branding, dehorning, as well as parasite screening and treatment. Reproductive health is of great importance in our ruminant patients. Trich tests, BSE’s, pregnancy exams, pelvic measuring and calving assistance are provided to help with the reproductive needs of your cattle. We have an assortment of antibiotic, and anti-inflammatory treatments. Our doctors are also skilled at treating many issues you may run into. Such as problematic hooves, abscess’, and bloat just to name a few.
Equine
We provide routine wellness services for equine patients. This includes, general medical examinations, vaccinations, coggins, health certificates as well as parasite screening and management. Our equipment allows for us to perform dental services (teeth float) in hospital.
Small Ruminant
For routine small ruminant work we offer general examinations, vaccines, castration, dehorning, disbudding, as well as parasite screening and treatment. Current clients can also purchase a variety of medications based on the needs of their herd.
Boarding
We offer full service boarding as well as day care for both dogs and cats. Our goal is to create a clean and comfortable environment for their stay. Feline friends have their own indoor ward to limit noise and hopefully stress. And for the canine friends we have indoor and outdoor accommodations. Dogs are walked 3-4 times a day and when weather permits they can spend sometime outside in covered runs. We provide bedding, food and water. We welcome you to bring food, treats, toys, and bedding from home. This helps to keep your furry friends comfortable during their stay. For holidays we recommend making reservations as soon as possible.
Hygiene
Bathing and nail trimming services are available to keep your pets clean and happy. Anal gland expression and ear cleanings are also offered and can be added to a bath reservation.
When boarding your pet you can request a bath to be completed the day of pick up. Arrangements can be made when scheduling boarding reservations or at the time of drop off.
Retail
When visiting the office you can pick up a variety of dog and cat food. We have both prescription and nonprescription diets to fit your pets needs.
We offer prescription refills for current clients.
You can also purchase preventatives to help keep your pet safe from heartworms, intestinal parasites, ear mites, skin mites, fleas and ticks.
Large animal producers and owners can buy vaccine, parasite control, antibiotic, anti-inflammatory medications as well as equipment to administer. Reproductive drugs and supplies are also attainable. For large orders we ask that you call ahead to confirm availability.
